介绍单塔双循环脱硫技术的工艺系统、工艺原理,并结合某300MW燃煤锅炉具体情况,对双循环回路pH值、浆液密度等重要参数调整进行分析。结果表明,对SO2排放浓度要求非常严格或高含硫煤的项目,单塔双循环脱硫技术是适宜的选择。
Abstract:This essay introduces the process system and technical principles of the single-tower and dual-cycle desulfurization technology. Taking a 300MW coal-fired boiler for example,it also analyzes some important parameter adjustments such as the ph value of the dual-cycle circuit and the slurry density. The results show that the single-tower and dual-cycle desulfurization technology is optimal for projects which meet strict standards of SO2emission concentration or use high sulfur coal.
