复杂工况下冷凝罐强度分析与结构优化

摘要:

以ASMEⅧ标准中的强度校核和疲劳寿命标准为基础,利用ANSYS Workbench,结合冷凝罐设计压力下的满液+地震载荷、空载+风载载荷及满水载荷工况,分别对连接处的强度和疲劳寿命进行分析,再基于分析结果对冷凝罐结构做优化设计,并计算优化后的结构强度和疲劳寿命。仿真结果表明,所设计的冷凝罐满足应力强度和疲劳寿命要求。

Abstract:

Based on the intensity check and fatigue life standards in the ASME Ⅷ Standard, under design pressure scenarios of the condensate tank including working conditions of full liquid and seismic loads, empty and wind loads, and the full liquid load, the ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the intensity and fatigue life of the connections of the condensate tank.The optimization design of the structure of the condensate tank is conducted in accordance with the results of the analysis, and the structural intensity and fatigue life after the optimization is calculated.The simulation results show that the designed condensate tank meets the requirements for stress intensity and fatigue life.
